Overview

Thanksgiving at our place.  All present and accounted for except my son Ian, living in California.  ‘Miss you Ian.  We’ll see you in a couple of weeks.

Lessons Learned

1.  Remember to remove the circular polarizing filter when you come inside from taking shots outside

Like I said, “Remember to remove the circular polarizing filter when you come inside from taking shots outside.”  There’s nothing like setting your lens wide open (paying a penalty in depth-of-field) and then filtering out half the light that hits it.  Nice.
